Alan Dunbar has worked on a number of projects with this organisation over the last 5 years and his recent facilitation of our full staff team "Away Day" weas absolutely superb.
Everyone enjoyed the event and thanks to Alans unique relaxed professionalism he put all the doubters at ease.

The Food Hygiene course is excellent. Much of it is common sense but the course gives the reasons why we need to be so careful when catering for others. Now that we have to look out for the'food police' in the shape of Environmental Health officers it is essential to be well informed. Chris knows her stuff and has the ability to make the day informative and fun. Bacteria.......watch out!!
